Meet Our Director:  

Please take a moment to meet our Director and be sure to introduce yourself at the next meeting. 

   Executive Director and Co-Founder:  
   Kathleen Everitt

   Merging creative marketing skills with a talent for planning, Kathleen creates hands-on growth strategies.  A former real estate agent, she         has worked with builders, contractors, attorneys and associations. Her experience will contribute to a solid start-up and realistic, practical       plans for continued growth.

As a new investor, Kathleen understands what Rookies are seeking: seasoned investor partners, deals that make a profit and money to make it happen.  A strong voice for education, mentoring and just-do-it investing, she brings a unique balancing perspective to the development process

Real Estate Investors NWA, LLC (REI-NWA) was established in January of 2015.  We are a group of investors, builders, contractors, and related investor-friendly businesses interested in all aspects of real estate investing.

What We Do: 

Builders Circle: 1st Tuesday, 5:30
Golden Corral, Rogers

What are builders/developers looking for?  Contractors, land, news and connections. 


Main Meeting: 2nd Tuesday, 5:30
HYATT House, Rogers 

We network and hear presentations of practical, hands-on information from experienced pros and promote our real estate DEALS.  


Landlord Lunch: 2nd Thursday, 12:00                                     Wagon Wheel Cafe, Springdale

Buy and Hold Investors have unique issues and challenges and who knows better than other Landlords.


Rookie Nook: 4th Thursday, 5:30
Whole Hog Cafe, Fayetteville

Are you a Rookie Investor who hasn't yet "pulled the trigger"?  We get together to network and learn from other Investors.
