We all know that estimating repairs can make the difference between profit and loss - Big Time.  

But, how do you estimate the renovation costs for flipping a house vs one you'll lease? We've put together a panel of seasoned investors to help plan for both scenarios. 

  • Flipper Pro, Brant Barnes, will talk about what repairs, material and add-ons make sense for a flip that will keep the costs down while attracting a good buyer for a quick close. 
  • Jared Kluver and Charlie Bostian are Buy and Hold investors - Jared reluctantly so and Charlie with a strategic plan.  Both have large portfolios and years of experience in acquiring, renovating and maintaining rentals.  
  • Larry Kelly is a long-time investor, real estate broker, construction company owner and landlord.  He's done it all and has great insight on what type of properties lend themselves to each stragegy and making them pay off. 

Whether you're a Rookie or Seasoned investor, you'll find something here that will hone your skills at buying, renovating and maximizing the return on all your investments.
