Buy & Hold investors have unique issues and challenges and who better to know about them than other Landlords! 

Our group is an interesting mix of mostly experienced Buy & Hold investors who discuss strategy, local economic trends and hands-on tips from the trenches.  While we're at it, we enjoy good food and meet other interesting people.  

This month we have a special guest.  You asked for information about new color and style trends. Julie Alexander of First Impressions NWA will talk to us about what's new and give us tips on making your rehab look fresh and modern for less than you think!
