If you're a Rookie Investor who hasn't yet "pulled the trigger", you'll enjoy this friendly group that gets together to network, share projects and learn from each other.
Once a quarter, we get together without a speaker - Just Us Rookies! We talk about whatever comes up, share information about what we're doing and just have a good time. Since this is the last week of the year, I thought we might talk about our plans for the New Year.
I had a conversation recently with an investor (probably like yourself) who was balancing a full time job, rehabbing a house and taking care of the kids. He told me that finding that balance had an important impact on his "walk away" price and what projects he'd buy.
