Rookie Nook: 0 to 17 Deals! Here's How Henry Did It

Last fall when Henry and Jessica Washington showed up at Rookie Nook, they hadn't yet completed their first transaction.  Sure, they'd studied - they are a smart couple.  They were looking for a place to network, find out how others did it and make some connections. 


Along the way, they met Dustin Davis and NWA history was made.  Henry was marketing, Dustin was rehabbing and they saw the potential for mutual success.  Tonight this dynamic duo will share their stories and tell us: 

  • How they started working together

  • How they find their Deals


  • How they operate:  individually and in partnership


  • What they learned along the way


Today, Henry has done 17 Deals and has acquired 14 properties!  Discover how he and Dustin used their partnership to leap ahead, how each helped the other grow their portfolio and how you can do it, too!
