Buy & Hold investors have unique issues and challenges and who knows them better than other Landlords!

Our members love networking and asked for a networking only program once in a while without a speaker.  It's been a while since we've done this so in June it will be Just Us Landlords and Soon-to-Be Landlords.  

We can talk about whatever you'd like.  Maybe the market or rent collection software.  Our biggest program this year was the Section 8 housing guy.  Whatever is on your mind, chances are there will be someone there who has experienced your issue.

The "Just Us" programs we've had in the past have turned out to be some of the best meetings of the year.  Our members are friendly, willing to share what has worked for them and what hasn't.  Here's a wonderful way to expand your personal network, hear tips for successful landlording and share what you've picked up along the way.
