COVID POLICY UPDATE

We will continue in-person meetings AND stream all
 future meetings for those who are uncomfortable with
attending large group events.

If you have been vaccinated, we welcome you to attend in person as your comfort level dictates. If you haven't been vaccinated yet,
we offer the option of viewing the meetings online or suggest
you consider wearing a mask if attending in person.

We hope this compromise is one that will keep us all safe
without losing the benefits of in-person networking
we've grown to appreciate.

It's the day after Labor Day ~ the official end of summer. Many of us are getting serious again about real estate and looking forward to seeing our fellow investors again.

It's a great time to see old friends and meet some of our new investors in a relaxed, friendly environment. Share your ideas and experiences while hearing from those who are in the trenches.

For a while now, our seasoned investors in the Joint Venture Club have been cooking up an idea to help their fellow investors who have found deals, but couldn't make them happen because of funding issues. We'll give you a sneak peek of this exciting new program.

We'll also talk about whatever is on your mind. Some thoughts I've heard lately are:

  • Northwest Council plans for affordable housing
  • Serious shortage of contractors
  • Evictions: Yes ~ No ~ Maybe
  • Some new options from our JV Club
At our Just Us meetings, we don't have a speaker - just a moderator. All the wisdom resides in our awesome members. Our members tell us they get as much if not more from these meetings as the ones with speakers. So join us ~ share your wisdom and don't be shy. You will learn a lot from each other. 

We love to hear from new people as well as our members.
