Meetings In-Person and Open to All
Non-Members: $20 Door Charge ~ Members Always Free

COVID POLICY UPDATE

We will continue in-person meetings (with more strenuous social distancing)
AND stream all future meetings for those who are uncomfortable
with attending large group events.

If you have been vaccinated, we welcome you to attend in person
as your comfort level dictates. If you haven't been vaccinated yet,
we offer the option of viewing the meetings online or suggest
you consider wearing a mask if attending in person.

We hope this compromise is one that will keep us all safe
without losing the benefits of in-person networking
we've grown to appreciate.

Be Safe ~ Stay Strong ~ We'll See You Soon!

Sometimes it's hard to see the forest for the trees. Most of us have gotten so enmeshed in the economy and availability of building affordable housing that we may be missing some great opportunities.

We're going to have a fabulous discussion on Land Strategies directed by Colley Bailey who has been our Numbers Guy for several years now. We think the "good deal" opportunities are abundant - just not where we've been looking. We'll discuss:

  • Are there any lots left in Benton & Washington Counties
  • Why is Rausch Coleman building in Madison County
  • Where are the affordable growth areas
  • Pros & Cons of buying land vs existing housing
  • What's the market for 3-10 acre lots
Colley Bailey is our Numbers Guy Realtor with experience in residential, new construction, land and real estate investments. He is also a photographer, cyclist and former actor. A native Arkansas, he is familiar with the NWA market both urban and rural. Colley brings a creative approach to all transactions backed by a solid foundation in deal analysis.

We love to hear from new people as well as our members.

Let us know what's on your mind or what you'd like to see at REI NWA.
