One of the most important jobs for rookies is to build your network. If you've been to any of our meetings, you probably have a good start on that fun task.

In the meantime, REI NWA has had a wave of new members you may not have had a chance to meet yet. We'd like to fix that and are having a "Just Us" meeting for you to get acquainted.

We've been working hard to bring you more programs to help get you set on this wonderful, crazy path of real estate investing and are excited to talk about some of the new events kicking of in 2022.

My favorite new project is the Leg Up program. It's designed for investors who have found deals but couldn't make them happen due to funding issues, lack of experience or a strong desire to partner with our seasoned investors. The Joint Venture Club want to help you make those projects happen.

We'll talk about whatever is on your mind. Some thoughts I've heard lately are:
