A lot goes into a Closing before you arrive at the title company - and a few things happen afterwards. Even if you've been to a closing or two, you may not completely understand everything that's included what it all means.

This month we bring you a real estate pro and one of our trusted vendors. Paul is a real estate attorney who owns TWS Title. He has helped many of our members protect their interests, resolve title issues and close the Deal! He'll walk you through the entire process, answer all your questions and discuss:

  • What a title search includes - and what it doesn't
  • A brief review of the documents
  • Handling problems that come up in the process
  • How the money is handled
  • What happens after the closing
Paul Younger comes to us with a wealth of real estate experience. He has leveraged his practice as a real estate attorney to start TWS Title Company. Paul has advised many of our investors on the legal, financial and now title aspects of closing real estate transactions. A well-rounded speaker and great networker.
