HVAC is a broad topic that can save - or cost - you a lot of money. It's important to know the short- and long-term impact of this complex system. This month, we bringing you an experienced HVAC Contractor who will explore all the basics you need to know to make informed decisions.


Eric will cover the basics, but bring your questions, ideas and all the horror stories you've heard. He'll give you the inside scoop on:


  • What to look for when you buy
  • Maintenance tips to save you money in the long-term
  • A range of costs for repair and/or replacement
  • Tips for handling that panic call from your tenant
  • DIY tasks it's safe to try yourself

Eric Schein is a seasoned pro wearing many hats in the industry. He is Director of HVACr Education at NW Technical Institute, Director of Business Development at Armor Heating & Air and has 16+ years of government service, currently on the Lowell City Council. Eric has worked all levels in the HVAC industry, is exceedingly familiar with the zoning regulations in the Rogers/Lowell area and an active investor.
