Miranda Gauthier is Springdale Market President at Today’s Bank. Her experience has been primarily in commercial and residential lending. She loves working with investors and has developed a keen understanding of the NWA market. Miranda and her husband own a youth football league and she is an Ambassador for the Springdale Chamber.

Sam Harris is Market President of Armstrong Bank, a community bank with locations in the Ft Smith area and NWA. Incredibly knowledgeable about the investor market in NWA, he has been a solid partner to many of our members involved in both residential and commercial projects,

Mark Cloud wears many "real estate" hats. Vice President of Commercial Lending for First National Bank NWA, Founder of Integrated Solutions Group providing design and construction consulting for architects, investors and developers. In January, Mark was appointed to the Springdale Planning Commission.

Brian Fleming is an Accountant and Enrolled Agent in NWA. An investor himself, Brian has presented at REI NWA meetings and been one of our instructors for the REI 101 courses. His specialty is running the numbers and finding money-saving strategies for our investors.
