Yep, there actually is a real Handyman out there - at least one, anyway. These guys need to be a Jack of All Trades. They can do everything from installing that ceiling fan to fixing a leaky toilet to adding that extra family room you've been saving for.

This month we're bringing you a seasoned guy who recently moved here (and hasn't been overbooked yet!). He'll share some of the tips and tricks he's picked up along the way. Chris Crosby is an experienced handyman with years of experience in all aspects of rehabbing, repair and remodeling. A recent transplant from Sacramento, Chris operates a One-Stop-Shop with skills in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical and more.
