You've probably been hearing a lot about the economy lately and chances are none of it sounds good. NWA is blessed to be in an exceptional market, but how insulated are we really?

While we don't have a crystal ball, we do have a Panel of Pros who have studied, experienced and influenced our local market. They are seasoned pros who have seen many challenging cycles - and how we emerged from them stronger than ever. They'll share their insights about:

  • How solid is the NWA "Bubble"
  • Why all the Gloom & Doom
  • Are small banks in trouble
  • What are interest rates doing: '23 - '24 & beyond
  • Are foreclosures rising
Chris Davis Founder and CEO at Davis Capital Partners LLC, a private equity real estate investment company that focuses on the acquisition of value-add multifamily properties. We specialize in renovating and improving these properties to preserve investor capital and provide high yield returns.

Stephen Cosby, MAI, AI-GRS, Senior Managing Director at Newmark Valuation & Advisory oversees services for the acquisition, disposition and financing of investment grade real estate in the central part of the United States. Clients include private and institutional investors, trusts, fiduciaries, development companies and government agencies

Sam Harris is Market President of Armstrong Bank, a community bank with locations in NWA and the Ft Smith area. Incredibly knowledgeable about the investor world and all real estate markets in NWA, he has been a solid partner to many of our members involved in both residential and commercial projects. For funding or general rei advice, we go to Sam!

We love to hear from new people as well as our members.

Let us know what's on your mind or what you'd like to see at REI NWA.
