All our landlords have a lease form, but how confident are you that yours contains everything it should? Having a clear understanding from the beginning makes all the difference when issues come up. Putting it in writing protects you and your asset. This month we'll explore the basics - and more including:

  • What to put in - and leave out of the lease
  • The application
  • Implied Warrantied
  • Tracking damages & rental history
  • Termination procedures
  • What the law requires

Ruth Jones is an investor, builder and property manager with 90+ doors under her watchful eyes. In her many years as a landlord, she has heard the stories and seen most everything there is to see in the buy-and-hold market. Based on those experiences, Ruth has fine-tuned her Lease process and is willing to share it with you.
