Austin Rawls began with REI NWA as a semi-rookie and, like a rare few, has done all the things he’s supposed to do to become the successful, savvy investor he is today. As a general contractor he has executed many remodels for customers and personally done his own fix and flip properties.
Amanda Nikel began her entrepreneurial journey with 1 investor. This investor ended up with 15 short term rentals that she cared for and maintained. She has walked alongside many investors from the clean up and quick flip sales to the complete home renovation with a big construction site detailed and deep clean up to maximize and beautify their products.
Ramon Gutierrez owner of Strong Lion Junk removal and Hauling.
