John Cloyed is a seasoned investor and owner of Perry Roofing in Fayetteville.   With experience in fix n flipping and a rental portfolio.  He strives to provide clean safe affordable housing and is expanding into new construction to help provide much needed affordable housing in NWA.  He has served on the board of directors of the Continuum Care and actively serving as the chairman for the Landlord Engagement Committee.
