Mortgage Notes are are a proven way to turn a seller into a lender with many of the same perks and limited risk. Josh will explain some of the pros and cons of buying and owning the paper/contract on residential assets.

Syndications have been a time-tested way to increase funding opportunities while mitigating risk. Wes will walk you through the various ways even non-accredited investors can take advantage of this successful investing tool.
