Navigating an Uncertain Market

Up, Down or Sideways, it's clear we're deep into an Uncertain Market! NWA seems to be in our own prosperous bubble, but there are a few red flags in the picture.

NWA is already experiencing strong pressures with high interest rates, low inventory and reluctant sellers, but there are still many positive signs the labor market is strong, demand is high and properties are still being bought and sold. However, there are a few red flags on the horizon.

This month we're bringing you a Panel of Pros to help you navigate the uncertainty with data, trends and savvy insights you'll want to hear. We'll explore:

• Update on current market stats

• Upcoming loan refinancing schedule

• How to negotiate a foreclosure

• The foreclosure process

• Buy ~ Sell ~ Hold decisions

Sam Harris is Market President of Armstrong Bank, an investor-friendly community bank. Incredibly knowledgeable about the investor market in NWA, Sam has been a solid partner to many of our members involved in both residential and commercial projects.

Matt Fryar is a Partner at Crouch Harwell Fryar and Ferner. His practice focuses on real estate, landlord/tenant, commercial law, LLC formation and estate planning. Matt teaches Business Law at UA and is active in several local real estate projects.

Colley Bailey is the owner/broker at Lone Rock Realty and our trusted Numbers Guy! He brings his market knowledge in residential, new construction and development to the REI NWA Podcast interviewing our program speakers and has helped many members start their investment journey.

We love to hear from new people as well as our members.

Let us know what's on your mind or what you'd like to see at REI NWA.
