Looking for a way to grow your portfolio in a tough market? Check out the AR Tax Lien Auction held this year in July!
Each year Arkansas auctions tax-delinquent properties that have been claimed by the state. There are great opportunities here, but also a few "Buyer Beware" warnings you need to understand.
We're bringing you the people who actually run the auction from the Commissioner of State Lands office who will walk you through the process. Then, local attorney Paul Younger will explain post-auction title work - just in case you win! They will explore:
· How properties become delinquent
· Cool online listing of all available parcels
· How the auction works
· What happens if you win
· Perfecting the title
Here's the 2025 schedule for when and where auctions will be held. One tip: Don't Be Late - They move fast!
